“Lots of organisations have problems. Solutions to these problems often involves change. Not everyone is happy with change – but for organisations to survive and grow, change has to happen. This is where I come in. Having rescued many failing projects and successfully delivered many complex initiatives, it is time to share what I have learnt with you.
